Matt is responsible for coordinating operations, meeting with potential clients, preparing their designs, and over-seeing the installation of the projects. He studied Landscape Architecture at SUNY Morrisville. He has a strong passion for Outdoor Living Design with an emphasis on Outdoor Lighting.

Patricia O’Reilly
Administrative Director
Patricia is responsible for managing business expenses, accounts receivable, and payroll. She is actively involved in the decision making / direction of our business as we continue to grow in different areas. Patricia has a degree in Landscape Architecture from SUNY ESF and also serves on the Board of Directors for the Preservation Association of Central New York (PACNY).

Martin Cleaver
Hardscape Foreman / Green Roof Construction Specialist / Winter Services Manager
Martin coordinates some of our most complicated projects. This includes lake-front projects where soil erosion and environmentally friendly construction are crucial. He is a tremendous asset to our company with an extensive background in all aspects of Landscape Construction, Green Roof Construction, and Snow Removal Services. Martin has over 10 years of experience which helps ensure projects go smoothly and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Patrick Driscoll, CNLP
Irrigation Foreman
Lighting Technician
Pat is responsible for the design and installation of our Irrigation Systems as well as Outdoor Lighting Layout /Installation. With 25 years of landscape construction experience and 22+ years of snow and ice removal operations in numerous areas of the country including New York , Pennsylvania and Colorado.
Pat also carries numerous Certifications in the Hardscape Industry for Retaining Wall Construction and Sealing of Pavers.

Matt is one of our lead foreman on Hardscape Projects. He has 8+ years experience in Landscape / Hardscape Construction. His primary role is to install hardscapes however do not be surprised if he can name any tree or shrub in your backyard!
Matt carries Certifications in the Hardscape Industry for Interlocking Concrete Paver Installation and Sealing of Pavers.

Bill Waterbury III
Hardscape Foreman
Bill specializes in hardscape construction projects. He is often tasked with large site work projects including boulder walls, pool sites, and other challenging projects. Bill has over 25 years of experience in Landscape Construction. He has extensive experience in lawn installations, grading, and plantings however his focus for us is on Hardscape Construction.
Cameron Terzini
Landscape Foreman
Cameron coordinates our landscape construction projects after our hardscape teams finish up. He also manages our landscape maintenance crews. He is responsible for hand-selecting plant materials at local nurseries as well as layout of the plantings on projects once plants are delivered on site.

David Middlemore
Landscape Foreman
Dave attended the SUNY Morrisville Landscape Architecture program where he gained a background in Landscape Construction under the instruction of the talented Professor Aida Khalil. Dave has proven to have a strong passion for design which helps to ensure projects he is constructing meet or exceed the intention of the original landscape design.
Dave can be found running a hardscape crew or installing a planting around a newly completed hardscape. Dave also helps with our green roof construction division.
